We want you to love your purchase.
If your item is damaged, wrong size, or wrong item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
•Item must be unworn, unwashed with tags
•Customer pays return courier fee (R100-R150)
•Send video/photo proof on WhatsApp
No returns for change of mind if item is correct.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 days after we receive the item.
